The Apostle Paul
Acts 9:1-19

The Apostle Paul

Paul was riding his horse along the road that led to a town called Damascus. He was going there to hurt people that believed in Jesus.

But while he was on the road, Paul heard Jesus speak to him. Jesus shined a bright light on Paul and told him not to hurt the people.

Then, Paul believed in Jesus and knew He loved him. He decided to tell people about how much Jesus loves them instead of trying to hurt them.

Jesus loves you, too. Who can you tell about Jesus?

Thank You, Jesus, for loving me so much.

    Memory Verse: "For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son . . . " (John 3:16).

Remember Rhyme

Paul was on the road
When he saw the light;

He heard Jesus speak
And lost his sight.

Instead of going to Damascus
To hurt people Jesus loved,

Paul changed his mind
And prayed to God above.

He knew he had been wrong
And asked Jesus into his heart;

Paul then was changed
And made a brand new start.

He went to tell others
That no matter what they do,

Jesus loves them
And wants them to love Him, too.
